‘I forget what I was taught, I only remember what I’ve learnt.’
Patrick White
What…
Coaching is a highly structured, practical conversation that is used to identify personal goals and a route to achieve them.
Why…
I believe in a straightforward approach combining equal measures of challenge and support, enabling discoveries to be made and the opportunity to develop in a safe environment. My clients range from graduates to senior executives, and are from a wide range of disciplines. If you have a desire to make a change then a coaching conversation can help you identify the what, the how and the when.
Who…
I have worked for financial and academic institutions, medical organisations, for retail and pharmaceutical companies, media groups, county councils, government bodies, energy suppliers, technical providers and charities.
…and How?
I coach a wide range of situations and work in the arenas of presence development, and physical and vocal confidence.
In the confidential sessions (typically four to six sessions lasting an hour) I may draw on a variety of learning and development models, tools and techniques as the needs of the client and the conversations dictate.
My aim is to encourage and develop the capabilities and resourcefulness of my clients; helping them to flourish in their professional lives.
